Highland Park Whisky has been crafting award-winning, lightly-peated single malt Scotch whisky on Orkney since 1798. The island’s natural elements, including the salty sea air, heather-rich peat, and sherry-seasoned oak casks, give Highland Park Whisky its distinctive balance of sweet and smoky flavours.

Located on Albert Street in Kirkwall, the Highland Park store offers an extensive selection of their renowned whiskies, including rare and exclusive releases. Besides whisky, the store also showcases the work of local Orcadian artists, providing a unique blend of local culture and heritage.
- Opening Hours: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 am – 5:00 pm.
- Please note that starting from 6th October 2024, the store will be closed on Sundays, and there will be no tours until March 2025.
Highland Park Whisky Experiences
While distillery tours are unavailable from April to December 2024, visitors can still enjoy whisky tasting experiences at the Kirkwall store. The Spirit of Orkney Experience, for example, allows guests to enjoy a film about Orkney, a guided tasting session with two award-winning single malt whiskies, and insights into the island’s whisky-making process.
